OFFICE IN FORMER ANTIQUITY SHOP
A meeting room with a new kitchenette and a workroom with office workstations were realised in the two separately accessible business premises. The CI colours were integrated into the concept of the premises. The bright yellow colour can be found on the wall in the entrance area and as linoleum flooring in the workroom, while the kitchenette, including the adjacent wall, is black, thus extending the room to the rear. The built-in and free-standing furniture is kept minimalist in black and white.

RENOVATION & PRESERVATION OF THE HISTORIC PORTALS
The historic portals of the business premises were preserved and refurbished. Inside the offices, the entire floor structure was removed and a new structure including underfloor heating was installed. The entire building services and electrics were renewed.
