Planned start of construction: 2025

A future-orientated project with a total of nine flats including spacious terraces, four courtyard houses with private gardens and an accommodation facility with seven guest rooms and guest flats. The project is being planned by a collaborative venture between MO Architektur and space-craft Architektur.
