Refurbishment and attic conversion.

Planned completion: summer 2025.

The small villa will be completely renovated and the attic will be extended to include a light-flooded studio, a new bedroom and a bathroom. The attic will be extended with a dormer window, creating a spacious room with a view thanks to the generous glazing. The new bedroom and bathroom receive more daylight through large skylights.

The motto is to retain as much of the old building as possible and to renovate it carefully. The façade, windows, veranda and porch will be renovated. The attic will be thermally refurbished. In the mezzanine, the double doors and the historic herringbone parquet flooring will be restored and cement tiles will be added in the kitchen and entrance hall. The original box-type windows in the articulated façade will be restored and fitted with insulating glazing.
